I always feel seen and heard when I'm in the salon. As helpful as it is to have photos or examples of hairstyle and colors, Lora makes no assumptions and asks questions to ensure she understands what I want while also giving her professional opinion as to why an idea may or may not work. I LOVE my new Fall color!! I also love the Oribe hair care products. Lora and her staff are well versed with these products. Lora recommended a hair care regimen that has made a visible difference....worth the investment!!

The people there made me feel like a queen, I love the atmosphere, and I love my hair. Alyssa is great, I will definitely be calling her my stylist from now on! They ruined me for any other salon.

Fabulous professional salon, booked via the internet having seen reviews online. Alyssa Hernandez did a great job in covering up my grey roots, matching the color & the blow dry has lasted for days. Photos attached, it was much frizzier before. The procedure and products tamed my mane! Lora, the owner, put in a lot of effort understanding exactly what I needed, as hairdressers work very differently in the US. Grace who works on the desk, explains the salon, washes hair etc and is maybe an apprentice, was lovely. All the staff were. Totally endorse and recommend this salon for a high standard of customer care and an ultra professional service in a well designed setting.

Very nice and very helpful, wonderful staff. I came in as a walk in which they don't normally do so I am grateful for that. My hair was botched and I requested the layers be evened out and that was all. Styling and shampooing wasnt on the table until she sat me down, no consultation. Over the phone I was told it was no style or wash, only a cut. I spent $60 on a shampoo/style I didnt request and a light trim fix that I did request. If I would’ve known sooner about it, I wouldve been okay, but I was ushered to the shampoo bowl after the fact because I had thick hair and really didnt have much say. I would have made an appointment so the stylist didnt have to stay late and wouldve waited when I thought I was spending $60, when I thought it wouldve been $30 tops for a layering fix. Wetting it
