I’ve been getting my hair cut and colored by Pamela for a year now. I’m so glad I found her! My hair looks so good that I now have several friends who go to her too. The cut is perfect and the color looks so natural. I just love it. I always enjoy talking with Pamela, and I appreciate how much care & creativity she puts into her work. Plus her space is super inviting - especially with her dog Aubrey as the official greeter.

Pam is kind and thoughtful. The color treatment I got was superb. Highlights and lowlights that look completely natural. After careful consideration, she cut my hair perfectly to complement my face. The downtown location and combination of salon/gallery round out a truly unique and wonderful experience. I highly recommend this salon!

Delighted with the hair cut! I have curly/wavy fine hair and it requires a very talented and skilled stylist to cut it well. Pamela’s 50 years of experience cutting hair definitely shows in the results. And she spent a lot of time conversing w me about my hair to make sure she really understood my wants and needs, and, also gave me a lot of really helpful great tips and advice.

Booked a cut and a partial highlight. The cut I received was not what I wanted or described AT ALL, (I asked for a long bob, and got a blunt cut) and the highlights didn’t even take. I was super bummed about that… i REALLY wanted blonde highlights! The stylist yanked my head around like a chiropractor and when I asked her for my glasses so I could I see her while she was talking to me, she said “you don’t need to see me to hear me, do you”? She was extremely rude the whole time and i felt very uncomfortable. From the customer service end, I’m sure some of it could have been a personality conflict, im pretty polite and nice- and she seemed very overly blunt and rude. I would NOT recommend going here for anything other than a simple cut. I would have paid 40$ for what I got but unfortunat

Two stars because I just didn’t get at all what I asked for. It’s several inches shorter than we discussed, no layers like I wanted. The only thing she did correct was she cut my bangs but didn’t even know the term of the bangs that I wanted so those didn’t even get cut correctly. Also, while she was very nice, she cursed several times through it. Which I curse also but in a business setting I still find it unprofessional and would rather do without. Lastly, I had to try and explain the haircut I wanted because she “doesn’t have names for her cuts.” So you can’t go in and ask for a certain style cause she won’t know what your naming which was frustrating and also probably led to miscommunication. Ultimately, disappointed and will get it reshaped by someone else.
