Hi! I am writing to share some feedback about my appointment from this evening- I booked the Brazilian Lymphatic Glow + Traditional HeadSpa & LED experience, which is advertised as a 75-minute service. While the treatment was very relaxing, the actual experience ran from about 5:30–6:30 PM, with me changing at 6:35, so it felt closer to 60 minutes total, which was disappointing given the price and expectations set at booking. I also wanted to mention some initial confusion upon arrival. When I found the suites for the HeadSpa around 5:25 PM, all suite doors were closed, including my stylist who had a “Do Not Disturb” sign posted. Absolutely amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed and cared for. The atmosphere was serene, the staff were incredibly kind and professional, and the treatment itself was pure bliss. The scalp massage melted away all my stress, and my hair felt softer and healthier than ever afterward. You can tell they truly know what they’re doing and care about every detail, from the soothing music to the warm towels. If you’ve never tried a Headspa before, this is the perfect place to start. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and completely renewed. Can’t wait to come back!

The moment I walked into the spa, I thought I was about to have a great experience. Everything started on time, the bed was warm, and the technician initially seemed very sweet. Unfortunately, that changed quickly. I have a new ear piercing and specifically asked that my ear be avoided. While it was fine at first, she soon began repeatedly pulling my hair around the piercing, which became extremely uncomfortable. I also clearly stated that I did not want my neck massaged due to existing neck issues and that I only wanted my head worked on. None of these requests were taken into consideration. Sage HeadSpa was amazing. Exactly what I needed to relax. I don’t like full body massages so this was a nice middle ground. The private room was clean and cozy. The scents of all the products were very relaxing (don’t know if I got lucky but no lavender was used - great for me since it gives me migraines and I forgot to say in advance). Estefania was absolutely wonderful! Definitely recommend as a “treat yourself” day or a gift for a friend. I can’t wait to return! Would that I could come every day

I drove a little over an hour for the Luxe HeadSpa and was genuinely excited to experience it. I really hate leaving reviews like this, but I hope the feedback helps strengthen communication and overall client experience moving forward. Pros: • The scalp treatment was relaxing. • The facial portion left my skin feeling smooth (though it did irritate my skin a bit, it wasn’t severe). • The provider was communicative at the beginning and made sure I was comfortable in the bed, which I appreciated. • The room was clean, organized, and had a calming feel. • I was offered water or tea at the end, which was thoughtful—though it wasn’t like a traditional spa setting where you have time afterward to decompress or freshen up. Cons / Areas for Improvement: • The overall service felt very “one size
