If I could give zero stars, I would. I came in for Gel-X nails and had one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had. My appointment was between 2–3 PM, and the environment was completely unprofessional. The room was dirty, with crumbs and trash on the floor. The table still had leftover debris, and the smell was unpleasant. To top it off, the nail tech was wearing short pajamas definitely not what you’d expect in a professional setting. I paid $50 for nails that were poorly done. The shape was uneven, the design looked rushed and sloppy, and the nails were so thin they could bend easily. I still paid because the service was completed, but honestly, I wanted to walk out. This was my first time at this salon, but it will absolutely be my last. Jolene has taken over - and it is now The Hive (her new sign is en route) - such a cute place! Updated inside, very clean, great little separate waiting area. We’ve been going to Jolene the past couple of years, she does a fantastic job with curly hair. She’s also done my daughter’s hair and make up for professional photos, stunning!
