I want to start by saying this place provides some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time! The 2 ladies were very nice and professional, they did I great job on my daughters medium size boho braids and it only took 3 hrs.i usually don’t like to go to African shops because it’s usually only walk ins, I have to have a appointment so I know how long I would be in a shop getting my hair done so this shop was very convenient. I don’t write reviews so the customer service had to be A1. Oh and did I mention we love my daughter’s braids! They are nice and neat, also love that they provide boho and give you and option to do half bundle instead of the whole thing, that’s right up my alley for my 10 year old, again thanks a lot, you have gained a new loyal customer 💜💜

Made an appointment for this past Saturday at 1 p.m but arrived early and they were ok with that. I didnt have to wait even though I was an hour early they started my daughters braids within 15 minutes of our arrival. My daughters braid are nice and neat and were done in 2 hours( giving her a ton of time to prepare for homecoming that night). They are organized and the customer service is great( a sign in the front asking for input shows they care about the customer opinion). I would recommend anyone who like nice braid( they dont braid so tight that you have a headache), great customer service, and a welcoming environment to go to this shop. Keep up the good work and I will spread the word.

I had an amazing experience at this hair braiding salon, and I especially want to shout out Ms. Martha! She was absolutely wonderful—very professional, patient, and incredibly skilled. Martha took her time to make sure my braids were neat, comfortable, and exactly how I wanted them. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was top-tier from start to finish. I left feeling confident and beautiful. I highly recommend this salon and definitely ask for Martha—you won’t be disappointed!

Royal Braiding Studio Salon is amazing! The salon is very neat with a clean and welcoming environment. They are extremely patient and gentle with toddlers and kids, and they also do beautiful adult hairstyles. The customer service is top-notch, very professional, friendly, and prompt.
