After her treatment, my nails have transformed into a stunning masterpiece. The esthetician’s gentleman facial left my face skin looking radiant and rejuvenated. The overall experience was exceptional, with the staff offering hot tea to enhance relaxation and comfort. I highly recommend this establishment.

I had mixed feelings about my experience at The Room Organic Spa. The employees are very nice, sweet, and professional—they truly try their best and deserve credit for their service. Unfortunately, the owner’s behavior really affected the overall experience. She often has an unpleasant attitude and comes across as rude and disrespectful, especially toward her own employees. I noticed the way she speaks to and treats them, and it felt uncomfortable and unacceptable. It’s hard to enjoy a relaxing spa environment when there is visible tension and negativity. I genuinely feel bad for the staff, as they seem kind and hardworking but are not treated with the respect they deserve. With better management and a more positive attitude from the owner, this place could be much better.

I was in desperate need of a pedicure so I called for a last minute opening - that was rather easy. However during the service she asked if I wanted to cut my nails, I said just a little but now that I’m home and looked I can see that she cut way excessively too much off. There is short and there is extra short and she cut it extra SHORT. I’m conflicted since I enjoyed the massage. I don’t know if I will return.

I had an amazing experience at this nail salon! Gig did a wonderful job on my nails—she was professional, detail-oriented, and really listened to what I wanted. My nails turned out perfect, and the whole process was so relaxing. The salon itself is clean, welcoming, and has a great atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Gig and the entire team!
