Don't have to go back. $175 + tip for a facial in a dark room with nothing really done. Steam, serum, cream moisturizer, hot towel and mask. No skin analysis or anything that made me feel like I got a facial. Can't make this up! Appointment at 11, she didn't come and get me until 11:15 from the lobby, let me change for about 2-3 minutes, and was done by 11:46. With the prices they charge, I'm sorry.. thought I was going to get better services than the $60 facial. No little bulb thingy, looking at pores, nothing. Still tipped, but I'll never go back. I don't mind paying for good services, but I NEVER want to get a facial and feel absolutely nothing. I have masks and serums at home. NGL

The only reason I’m giving one star is because you cannot go lower! I spent over $600 here having my hair cut colored and styled and left with a look that was nothing like what I had requested. I had met with the stylist the day prior for a consultation and even showed pictures of exactly what I wanted. For reference I have attached photos both of what I asked for and what I ended up with…I asked for full highlights and stated in depth I wanted the color to be very light “icy” blonde with purple peek a boo highlights underneath in the back. I was asked numerous times if I wanted any length off to which I said no…my hair is darker now than when I went in, it’s a good 2” shorter, the back was cut so that it looks like an upside down triangle and only the “point” has purple. Absolutely amazed by our experience at Robert Andrew! I went with my young teen twin daughters as part of our spa & shopping trip to the area. The staff took excellent care of us; they were very professional, understanding, and accommodating to all of our specific needs - and believe me, I am picky! Both girls received Gen Z facials and I received a Calming Sensitive Facial and we all had pedicures. They timed everything perfectly. They even served Harvey & Sons teas which are my favorite! We can’t wait to visit again!

I’ve always liked my services here. Although being younger I feel I do not get the full time service as they think I won’t notice. Usually on facials and pedicures they hurry through while my mom is always in there longer for that exact same service. The front desk staff was also very unknowledgeable about services and cancellation policies. I told them I was spotting and if i needed to cancel my brazilian wax. The lady said yes I need too (after speaking with the wax lady YOU can literally come in on your period) so i told her oh i’ll wait another day and maybe it’ll stop. she told me since the next day was new years and they were closed I would be charged a cancellation fee BECAUSE I COULDNT DO IT ONLINE. i told her yes you can…. she said no. i just hung up. What an amazing way to celebrate my birthday with a beautiful and relaxing day at the spa. This was my first time at the spa and Robert Andrew did not disappoint. I brought my own bottle of champagne and fully enjoyed all of the peace and serenity that I needed. Jennifer gave me a great deep tissue massage, from head to toe. My body felt so rejuvenated. Followed by calming facial by Koryne. She was so energetic, engaging and enthusiastic. She was so knowledgeable about skincare and gave great recommendations for my skin type. The music was so soothing, the lighting was very refreshing. They have water, tea and coffee for your enjoyment and the staff were very professional. I’ll be back.
