Absolutely amazing service! Adam and Griffin were our cocktail servers and they were phenomenal from start to finish. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure we always had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. Their energy and professionalism truly made the experience even better. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Highly recommend asking for Adam and Griffin—you won’t be disappointed! 🍸👏
Had an amazing massage by Kristie. I enjoyed staying for a couple hours after to take advantage of the whirlpool and steam room. They are not large, but very nice. (As others have said, the whirlpool/hot tub is a large step to get into so maybe not recommended for mobility impared or ederly). I enjoyed the variety of snacks and tea (no coffee). I plan to return! (Hint: if you are a local and going on a weekday, be sure to ask for your 10% discount).
Hands down the worst couples massage ever. Spent $1,400 at Ritz-Carlton Denver for an overpriced tickle session — constant stops, zero pressure, nothing relaxing about it. Went to the Four Seasons after and finally got a real massage. Ritz should be ashamed. And to top it off, the tip was automatically included — tips are for good service, not participation trophies.
Very nice facility. All the guest amenities you could need, which is becoming harder and harder to come by. Staff was very nice to us. Blanca at the welcome reception was professional, helpful, and kind. Nice and warm whirlpool. Reasonably priced day pass for hotel guests.
The facility was nice and I greatly enjoyed the spa itself. The staff at the check-in desk were welcoming and friendly. I enjoyed the relaxation rooms and the general amenities. I am leaving 2 stars because my massage was awful. The masseuse probably spent about half of the 50 minutes actually doing the massage. I have never been touched less in a massage There was a great deal of time that I was just laying there. I have no idea what she was doing because I couldn’t see. Obviously I was on my stomach for the majority of time, but when I rolled over she put a piece of light weight cloth over my face. It felt like a cloth napkin. When I got up, the cloth was some sort of bonnet that was obviously design to go on the head, not draped over the eyes. I don’t know what the purpose of it was.
