The Ritz-Carlton Maui, Kapalua Spa

My friend and I had such memorable experiences at this spa. We both got the Body Balancer treatments and loved it. Jessica was my therapist and did a really nice job. We especially enjoyed the amenities provided with the service too! Thank you so much to Susan for being so welcoming and kind to us throughout the day. We will absolutely be back! :)

Beautiful resort set in the midst of stunning views. Despite some big service issues, the breakfast staff Amee and others were fantastic and really looked after us. The hotel general manager Melissa was very understanding and extremely professional. The food is a little restricted for vegetarians but there are options if you ask the staff enough. The property is beautiful and the views from the rooms are breathtaking. They have a buggy service going from the pool / beach as it’s a steep walk downhill. There’s also an on-demand shuttle service to the nearby bays.

A lovely property with beautiful grounds. Lush plants all over, nice pool, and walkable to a nice beach. The restaurants are great and serve a variety of different cuisines. The drinks at the lobby bar were wonderful. Loved the room keys! Its nice to wear a lightweight braclet to tap into the room. The small details that relate to the location (lava rock room key bracelet) are very nice. Diptyque products in the room are just another nice touch of comfort and luxury.

One of the worst massages we have ever received. Couples massage was rushed and therapist was not prepared. Spent more time getting things prepared than actual massage. Asked therapist to focus mostly on back and we did not deliver. We waited in room for attendant to get food and drinks and we ended up just having to leave to go get it. There are bugs floating in the indoor jacuzzi. Not enough coed space to actually spend time with significant other. I do not recommend.

This Hotel is amazin! The staff, the rooms are comfortable that you feel like home, they don't miss any details, the housekeeping department ladies are so sweet and they do the job with dedication and attention to detail, the front desk make us feel very welcome, informative and helpful at the breakfast the restaurant is not missing anything they have everything for everybody, at the pool the cabana have water, sodas etc and the staff check on you regularly so you don't have to be looking for them. This hotel by the second day all the staff is calling you by your last name, lovely people make every nickle spend worthed. We definitely would be staying at this hotel when we visit Hawaii again 😊
