He knew exactly what colors to mix to get my perfect shade of brown. Perfectly matches my hair color. He also uses the best hair products on the market, which you can purchase there

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at The Refinery. My sister-in-law and I, visiting from out of town for a wedding, booked appointments online and received confirmations well in advance. However, on the day of the event, our appointments were abruptly canceled with no prior notice. This left us scrambling with no time to find another salon. To make matters worse, the owner’s response was dismissive, stating they “don’t even do updos,” despite our confirmed bookings for such services. This lack of professionalism and communication ruined our plans and caused unnecessary stress on an important day. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

I can’t say enough great things about Refinery Salon! The atmosphere is amazing—so welcoming, kind, and full of positive energy. I called last minute hoping to get a same-day partial highlight, and although they were fully booked, Thomas went above and beyond by checking his voicemails for any cancellations. Thankfully, he was able to squeeze me in! Thomas, you are truly amazing—and so is my hair! I’m absolutely in love with my Cali girl golden highlights. You made my day, and I can’t thank you enough. Highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for both top-notch service and stunning results. 💛

First time at The Refinery. The owner is very welcoming. I had a cut in mind and Rachel was very knowledgeable about how the style would work with my hair type. She was very relaxed and confident. My hair turned out just like I had hoped-for. I will definitely be back. I'm not going anywhere else.

I have gotten several great haircuts with different stylists over the years. I love the corner location with windows and mirrors that make the place feel huge. Great local shop.
