Walking into this place I was quickly taken aback by how gorgeous the decor was and how pleasant the smell was. I was immediately greeted and offered a selection of drinks while I waited in the gorgeous, comfortable waiting area. I got my nails done by Tayln and my hair done by Melissa; both outcomes were amazing! The bathrooms were clean and nicely, simply decorated with a pleasant smell. This place is certainly a hidden gem, so take the chance to stop by to this inviting, professional atmosphere.

Brought my 11 year old in to get his first “real” hair style. Shea not only gave him an awesome hair cut but she also gave him his first perm which took his hair from flat and straight to volume and beautiful curls. She takes so much pride in her work!!! He was smiling from ear to ear when he walked out :) 100% recommend her, especially if your son is looking for the new hair style all the young boys have. Also wanted to say how much I enjoyed my time waiting there for him to be finished. Everyone was so lovely from the front desk lady, to all the other stylist. Love it here :)

I had an urgent situation when my hair stylist cancelled my appointment right before my daughter’s wedding! I contacted The Refinery, because of great reviews I had recently read on Nextdoor. They told me they were completely booked up!😱😥. When I explained my urgent need, Kimberly, the manager, came to my rescue!💕 They fit me in, and treated me like royalty!! Together, Kimberly, Kayla, and even the owner, Cathy, all stepped in to make sure that I received the most professional and enjoyable service and experience I have ever had at a salon!! This also included beverages, and snacks in their beautiful salon! In addition to having my hair fully highlighted and styled, I got my eyebrows waxed & tinted, and a manicure! Out of 5 stars being the highest rating, I would give them TEN stars!

I was down doing work in the beach area when needed myself a little haircut. Went and found this place called the Refinery, and was met with thee most beautiful customer service I’ve ever experienced in a salon/barbershop and it was very pleasant! I was greeted by a cosmetologist by the name of Victorious, this gentleman was very kind and good at what he does! Definitely going to come back anytime back down in the area, the staff in general are great and I’m thankful for their service, kindness and hospitality! Many more people need to experience this wonderful place and all the amazing people who work in it!

I have been going here for 6 years now and would not go anywhere else! Chance is amazing at what he does! Kathy makes sure everything is perfect during your time at the salon and that you are as relaxed as can be! The salon is beautiful and the staff are the sweetest. They treat me and my daughter like family and we are so thankful for finding them!
