Carrie is truly amazing. I can’t recommend her enough. She is incredibly educational and informative, always taking the time to explain what she’s doing and why, which makes the whole experience even more valuable. She truly listens to your concerns and tailors each session to your needs. On top of that, she creates a safe, calming, and deeply relaxing environment where you can fully unwind. You leave not only feeling better physically, but also more informed about your body. An amazing therapist all around. I am beyond thankful and happy that the VA recommend her.

After 3 visits, Carrie fixed my back pain. She is amazing. I continue to go to her for tune ups but my back pain has been gone. She is so knowledgeable but also gives you things to do on your own and really is a wonderful teacher!

The Recovery is a cute small massage studio. I believe Carrie is the only masseuse. It’s only her check in desk and a small area to wait. Then her room. It’s peaceful. Smells great. Soft music plays. The experience is very relaxing and feels personal. Each persons experience is unique and adjusted for that person. The massage is definitely a unique experience from a general full body massage. It’s catered to exactly where you need it. I went with low back pain, radiating down my leg. Carrie worked through each point that was tight. She explained everything very thoroughly and even gave me things to do at home with foam roller so the pain wouldn’t come back. I did have a headache the rest of the day but that can be expected. I rested, drank tons of water and feel amazing the next day. Ever
