The Recovery Factory

This place is amazing! 🤩 This is my new favorite place in the RGV. Able & Josie went above and beyond taking great care of us when we were celebrating our 10 year anniversary. Having this spa to go to will make living in South Texas much easier. I love the eucalyptus in the shower. That’s something I’ve always wanted to do but because I have cats I can’t since eucalyptus is toxic for cats so I’m really glad I got to enjoy it here. The float tank is one of the coolest things I’ve ever experienced! It was transformational… It’s a new necessity for me. The sauna session was also very healing. I feel like a new person after going here. 🥰 best place in RGV 🏆

So awesome to have a place like this in the valley! I tried the contrast therapy room for my first visit. The employee gave clear instructions & was very helpful. I didn’t realize how much my body needed that cold plunge! I’ll definitely be visiting again 🙏

My husband and i did the Couple Sensory Deprivation Tank and it was very different but sooooo worth it! It felt like we got a massage done but all we did was soak in the tank. Definitely do NOT SHAVE before doing this. Everything was clean and I loved the fact they had everything laid out for us. I have been highly recommending this to so many people and so glad there is something like this in the RGV.

Such a great experience. Abel was extremely polite and truly wants you to feel as comfortable as possible. If you are doing the sensory deprivation tank I HIGHLY encourage to use the ear plugs provided!!

Everything about this place was top notch. All the equipment was high end and very clean. I walked in feeling fatigued and low on energy. I walked out feeling like a new man. I would recommend the recovery factor anyone needing a reset.
