Horrible attitude from the owner and a complete lack of professionalism. Was spoken to in a completely unacceptable way. As a lawyer, I understand that results can’t always be guaranteed. What I do expect is professionalism, respect and a willingness to rectify situations when results are far from desirable. This was my third time returning to this salon. I’m from out of state, and this is the place I like to go to when I’m in town, so this experience was especially disappointing. I called ahead for an appointment specifically for a light money piece. I was given a 2:00 pm appointment and told I could arrive at 1:45. I was also very transparent with the stylist that I had another appointment next door at 3:30 pm. I love this hair salon☺️ you feel like home there, besides great professional work, they offer a good coffee, cozy atmosphere and the last time I witnessed absolutely amazing piano playing. Every time I go there I love my hair. I look like a completely different person. Daniel, thank you so much for all you do and thank you for making me feel and look better:)

Great salon. I am very grateful to the hair stylist Anna for such a wonderful work with my hair. She did everything carefully. I admire myself in the mirror every day) I loooove atmosphere in the salon, they prepared delicious coffee and treated me to chocolate. This is a place where you want to return again and again.

I am absolutely impressed with the atmosphere, the quality of work and the amazing attitude of the staff. Daniel is a great professional and his assistant Maria is so nice and attentive. I lacked nothing to feel like a princess. Thank you!
