The Purity Cosmetics

Purchased from the beauty supply and found a shard of glass inside a chunk of the shea butter extremely scary because I use shea butter on my baby , thank God I found it before using the product on him.

I wanted to really like the product I used for a couple a days and notice I started having blisters, soreness, and red spots in my head. This the only product I used in my hair and it just wasn’t for me. Maybe my scalp is sensitive to one of the ingredients idk but to each their own.

Nice product. Customer service is trash. Online ordered and recieved no confirmation email. No order number but they charged my card. Sent emails to fix the problem got nothing in return. I'll let the bank handle it at this point. Sad you want to support but even more sad when the business doesn't deliver.

I been emailing them for a month now haven't received Andy email back asking when are they gonna restocked the carrot soap then why don't they have a customer' service number? Your customer service sucks!!!!

I have been using Purity for the last 7 months as my manufacturer and I can’t express how amazing they are. High quality ingredients and the customer service is amazing!!
