I had a really frustrating experience with Prince Haircut. My barber Sambo recently moved locations, but I never got the new address. When I showed up to his old shop, instead of being honest and telling me he no longer works there, they told me he was “on vacation.” Then they immediately tried to get me to sit down with one of their other barbers. That felt misleading and unprofessional. If a barber doesn’t work there anymore, just say that. Don’t try to redirect customers by giving false information. Transparency goes a long way. Really disappointed with how this was handled.

All the guys (barbers) are so friendly and Polite. The unique think about this place is very clean and the disinfect the Barber tools after every customer. I feel very safe and welcomed at The prince haircut. They pay extra attention for details and the haircuts and the beard trimming. Very affordable prices and a great customer service. I highly recommend this place for any buddy that needs haircut or beard care.
