I want to express my thoughts as a regular customer who frequents this place, often accompanied by Ali, who I believe is an exceptional and honest person. However, I feel compelled to address some serious issues regarding the owner. I find him to be quite unprofessional and have witnessed behavior that I consider to be racist. It seems that if you don’t speak Arabic, you might feel unwelcome here. The owner's demeanor comes across as rude, and he appears to represent an old-school mentality that lacks the understanding of how to provide quality customer service and treat patrons with respect.

This is my first visit for this place and I got a text that my time is ready to serve me a service next and I am the one next waiting in queue to get the service but a guy showed up after me with same message jumped up the queue initially they said I am next to get the service but after them realising he is a frequent visitor they forced me go back in the queue and him jumping in-front of me. If they don’t want to treat new customers like this I am sure they will never get new ones then. This will be a one time visit for me. Seems like there is no point of making an appointment if you are planning to. I understand that guy made an appointment 3 hours early so does I am. I also made an appointment around 2:30 hrs prior and I am only here because they said my spot is ready if they want to se
