Reviewing my favorite nail salon, ever while I’m sitting in the chair at another salon while traveling (completely miserable at the results of my rushed manicure). I usually try desperately not to get my nails done anywhere else because the quality and care cannot be matched. I have been seeing Valeria for close to 2 years regularly and am consistently floored at how talented and thorough she is. Truly a nail artist. I tell everyone about her, she’s really that good, I’ve never left her chair dissatisfied. The salon is clean, calm, and always full of great energy. Mel at reception is an absolute gem!

Shout out to Edy, who somehow makes regular nail polish look and last like gel. This was my second manicure from her and I will continue coming back. :) the first one lasted almost two weeks before chipping!! I do bring my own Essie polish, but it’s really the thorough nail prep that makes it so long lasting. 🌸

I came here for a BIAB manicure (which is supposed to strengthen your nails and prevent breakage) because my regular salon was booked up. I get structured gel at the salon I usually go to, which always holds up, never lifts and my nails have never broken and it actually made them extremely strong. I assumed it’s essentially the same thing. My nail tech was very nice and accommodating. However, she told me that my nails were thicker than they should be and she wanted to get them thinner, which she proceeded to do as much as she could. My nails did look good when she was finished, which took nearly 3 hours, and she told me I wouldn’t have to come back for at least 3 weeks. My nails started lifting after 11 days. I gave Polish a really fair shot for 7 months. I came for waxes and for manicures/ pedicures. I never had a bad experience with my nails, but on several occasions I would have to wait 15-30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time for my waxes, without anyone calling ahead to let me know how behind they were running. After one too many times, I left after waiting for my wax appointment for 20 minutes beyond my scheduled appointment time (scheduled at 3, left at 3:20). The work they do here is good and the staff is kind and friendly, but they could manage their time and appointments much better than they do. I am sad that I will not be returning here since I did like the work they do, but I can’t continue going due to their lack of respect for their customers time. Updating to one star

After two years of loyal patronage, I am done. I have been going every two weeks for two year and over the past 6 months, their quality has gone down horribly. My Gel manicure chips after 24 hours every time now and it has happened for at least the past 5 times I have had it done. My friend’s gel manicure was also completely gone after 4 days of service. Final nail in the coffin - I had to reschedule my pedicure for only one week later to accommodate an unplanned visit to my mother for the holidays and they charged me as if I canceled. Updated to respond since it’s not allowing me to do so.I have no issues with the two technicians that always did my nails, they are both great. Regarding the soak off, that used to be the case because your gel manicure used to last, it is not the case anymo
