The Pink Rose Non-Toxic Nail Salon

Yesterday my wife and I went to the Pink Rose Non-Tóxico Nail Salon, and our experience was frustrating. I do not recommend it, and I’ll explain why. My son’s wedding will take place in 2 days. Obviously, every woman would want to have her nails prepared for such an important event. Well, after 1 hour and 30 minutes, we went back home unsatisfied because my wife had the cuticle of 2 fingers cut. When we got home, about 2 hours later, the “polish” used to paint her nails simply peeled off completely, as you can see in the photos. Imagine the level of frustration! With a wedding happening in just 2 days, she now has to stop what she’s doing and look for another salon to fix this mistake. If the service had been done properly, this would not be necessary. Not to mention the financial loss.

Edit: Laura contacted me and was very apologetic and made amends. She did not chatge me and also offered to refund me for my girlfriend servive. I tokd her that second option wasnt necessary. This is such a cute salon and goes above and beyond to make a wonderful experience. I booked in advance (which is a must since it’s a small salon) and came here the day before my wedding with all of my bridesmaids. The owner blocked out her schedule to accommodate all of us and even let us bring in our own catered snacks and drinks. There were a ton of neutral colors to pick from and I was very happy to find out that they don’t cut your cuticles (I’ve had a very bad experience in the past with having my cuticles cut that ended in a terrible infection from another nail salon). Overall I was very happy with the quality of service and would return. Highly recommend for special events too!!

I love this nail salon and go any time I am in town!! The color options are absolutely STUNNING, they are so much more gentle than all the other nail salons in Tyler, and it is such a calm and relaxing atmosphere. I love that they have both gel and performance polish (which is no-chip for 7-10 days, I believe, dries within 3-5 minutes, and comes off easily when you're ready to take it off with normal nail polish remover!) I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of service you get here. So much better than the other places in town where they are herding people in and out with little care to the quality of their products and customers' experiences!

I wasted my money and time getting my nails done here. I showed up for my first appointment and the doors were locked. I called the number on the door and the person who answered told me that they were running late and would be there soon. 20 minutes later they showed up. When I left, my nails looked okay, but the next day the polish was pulling up from the cuticle area and looked terrible. I called and was told that they would fix the polish. When I showed up for the second appointment, the technician was not there and the doors were locked. I didn't have to wait as long that time, but they were still about 10 minutes late.
