Honestly the newspaper itself is fantastic in both the depth of the articles and the journalistic integrity but the subscription services is just awful and in trying to cancel I just had one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. She talked over me, was literally outright rude and dismissive and then tried to get me to stay with other offers and was offended when I wouldn’t continue my subscription. No matter how much I like the paper, WILL NEVER get a digital subscription again!

NEVER get a subscription to this paper. They will NOT refund your money if you cancel. Operators are rude and not helpful. Although I appreciate their reporting and articles I cannot recommend this publication due to their cancelation policy. Absolutely abysmal.

Terrible billing practices. They make canceling your subscription a pain. When you do finally speak with someone to cancel, they will pressure you into various levels on "limited time offers" to maintain your subscription.

Would give 0 stars. Not a subscriber, but I placed an order in February for some Eagles items after the Super Bowl. It has been 9 months since then and I haven’t received my items and have gotten no updates. I reach out over phone and there’s nobody I can speak to about this. They just tell me they will take my information and follow up with me through an email, but I have done this multiple times and have never received an update. Paying hundreds of dollars just to not receive my order and having no updates along the way is completely unacceptable. Do not order from here

Don’t subscribe, even for a promotional offer! Very deceptive billing practices and the representatives are trained to give you a hard time if you ask to unsubscribe. In my case, the Inquirer continued to bill me after cancellation. After multiple calls, and after receiving an email from the Inquirer confirming my refund amount, they have chosen to deflect and investigate whether a refund is due. Super shameful and disappointing.
