Jacquie has been doing my hair for 4 years. She takes her time, and listens to what I want as a client. She is knowledgeable and professional. Since I have moved away I have not found a more talented hairstylist than Jacquie. She is the best!

My stylist is Jacqueline Elser, who I came across on Instagram and was drawn to her beautiful Blonde color melts on her page. I’ve been having my hair professionally styled for 17years, over the years I’ve had the luxury of trying a large variety of hair styles and colors from Blonde, Red, Brown, Balayage, Sombre, Ombre, and a hair extension queen for 10 years. Due to Covid, I have not had my hair done in 13months and was something I maintained at least every 3 months. I was looking for a new stylist since my stylist of 15 years is no longer an option. Cassie did a wonderful job on my hair! She paid close attention to detail and gave me exactly what I wanted. She is a very talented colorist and cuts hair very well. I went to her with a very complicated hair history from box dying my hair multiple times including trying to lighten my own hair once within all of that history.🫣 She was honest and realistic about what my hair was up against (she didn’t want to damage my hair for the sake of the look I wanted) she was patient in lifting my hair and she toned it and beautifully touched up my root with a beautiful color melt (to cover my grown out grays). Jacquie cut my sisters hair. It looks amazing! She's very patient and takes her time to make sure it's PERFECT. we were there for quite a while but it looks amazing and was worth the wait. We're definitely coming back
