Starr is amazing with boy cuts! She does the best job and my son absolutely adores her. When she moved and opened The Parlor we followed her there because finding a barber that is not only amazing with kids but also gives a great hair cut is everything for a mom. Highly recommend her services for boys and men of all ages!

We saw Star today for my little guy’s first hair cut. She made the experience super fun and comfortable for him. He walked in a little timid toddler and walked out a happy little boy WITH a lollipop and Oreos😆😆!! Despite his wiggles in the chair and uneasiness with the sound of the clippers she managed to give him the cutest hair cut!! I even got to keep his first curl! I trust her with both my boys. Definitely worth the drive to Powhatan for great consistent hair cuts!

The Parlor is the best barber shop in the entire richmond area. Been going since they grand opened, Star gives a perfect cut every time!

I am the guy who refused to make an appointment for a haircut... until I got sick of getting my hair fixed or re-cut. My wife yells at me when I try to trim my beard now because Star does it better. it's been almost 3 years for my son and me and I refuse to go anywhere else!
