The Parlor Downtown

My daughter had been asking for bangs for almost a year, and I finally gave in. We went to see Stephanie at The Parlor Downtown. On top of the bangs, she decided to cut her hair from waist-length all the way to her shoulders. And then it was my turn! I haven’t felt this happy with a haircut in years. My daughter’s haircut came out beautifully perfect, and she is absolutely thrilled with it. Stephanie is now officially our hairstylist. She’s a true artist.

I found Monica Anderson through a Google search for grey blending and was immediately impressed after reviewing her work on Instagram. When I reached out via text, she suggested a brief call to discuss my preferences. She listened closely and provided expert recommendations that gave me great confidence in her skills. The salon was cozy and inviting, and Monica was incredibly warm, stylish, and gracious. We decided on a customized grey blend and glaze, and finished the appointment with a stylish long bob--removing about six inches of hair. I am thrilled with the results; my hair looks even better than I imagined. I highly recommend Monica for her expertise and exceptional service.

To say that Monica is Fabulous is an understatement! I’ve recently relocated from Pittsburgh, PA and wanted to embrace my gray rather than cover it up ! After many, many, years of coloring my greys and then a few months of grow out thinking maybe I was ready to go natural and stop coloring (turns out I was not. LoL!) I researched local grey blending specialist in my area and time and time again Monica popped up. So I began following her Instagram. I followed for a good while and then decided to book.
