Tori is not only extremely knowledgeable but also stays up to date on all the latest trends, which I really appreciate. She takes her time with each client, making sure that every detail is perfect. I had a great experience as a new client at this salon. Caitlin did an amazing job on my hair. She is truly an artist with how she does her custom coloring of the hair. She was very gentle. I now look forward to my hair appointments to get to see her!! She is very thorough & has such a warm personality!! 10/10.

I moved to Wilmington in the spring of 2022 and, let’s be honest, one of my top priorities was finding a hairstylist I could trust - cue Alyssa. I have been exclusively seeing her ever since. She helped me navigate safe coloring during pregnancy after the first trimester and even did my hair with my infant in my lap once. She’s so relaxed and kind, and SO good at what she does. I have followed her to two salons since the one I started seeing her at, and the Palomino is an easy favorite. The atmosphere is welcoming, intimate, and relaxed with beautiful natural light.
