The Painted Lady Salon

It has taken me quite a while to grow my hair out and keep it healthy & thick—that being said, I obviously take pride in my hair. I went into the painted lady on 1/18 for a cut & color consult. I won’t blast the stylist on here by name but she asked me if I wanted to keep it one length/straight across, keyword here being “keep,” I said yes, it’s how I prefer my hair. She finished and I was happy. . . or so I thought! When I got home my husband pointed out it looked a bit wonky, I said it’s probably due to humidity and it frizzing up on the ends. Fast forward to the very next morning, Sunday, I came down with a severe cold! I didn’t pay my hair any mind, I’d wash it, let it air dry and put it up, I am just now getting over that sickness and feeling like myself again/well enough to actually

I get butchered everywhere I go but Katie actually listened to me and my concerns. She was so sweet, fun and positive! Great experience and I’m finally happy with a cut for the first time in many months!

I had an appointment recently, nice ladies can cut great hair but cannot dye hair. I asked for beach blond - ended up with "copper orange". Owner blamed their color guy - no refund and had to pay someone else who fixed problem. Very bad when "pained lady" is in the name.

I always get a little nervous going into a salon but I walked in and my experience was fabulous from the get! Katie was very informative on what I need to do to start my healthy hair journey! I'm so excited and very happy with everything thank you!

Falon you did an awesome job I am a so happy with my hair. You have a retuning customer and client ad long as you are there. I got so many compliments on it. Thank you for correcting the mess up and making it right. Your focus on customer service is huge. So thankful for you.
