The Opus Spa

Anne at the front desk at Opus Westchester Spa was absolutely wonderful to work with. I had several questions and a few scheduling changes while booking hair, makeup, and other services, and she handled everything with patience and professionalism. Anne was incredibly responsive and went out of her way to make sure every detail was arranged perfectly. Her kindness and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s clear she truly cares about providing an exceptional client experience. I’m really looking forward to meeting her in person when I visit! ✨

I had such an amazing experience at Opus Spa! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming, clean, and luxurious. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. My service was absolutely top-tier — they were knowledgeable, attentive, and really took their time to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients and the quality of their work. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and glowing.

My husband planned a full spa day for me for my birthday this past weekend and I can honestly say it was incredible. Huge shoutout to Ann at Opus who was on the phone with my husband for a while going over every treatment and planning perfectly, even moving things around to accommodate certain therapists/estheticians (shout out to Daniel for the best hydrofacial!). The entire experience was relaxing and just what I needed for my birthday! Highly recommend!

The highlight of our visit was definitely the massage.The therapist was professional, attentive, and made it incredibly relaxing. However, the spa facilities could really use an upgrade. The men’s locker room was not attached to the sauna and steam room like it was on the women’s side, which made the experience feel inconvenient and uneven. While the pool is shared with the hotel, we were expecting more of a spa-style atmosphere with food and drink service available while relaxing poolside. There was no service offered and no one there besides the lifeguard, which made it feel less like a full spa experience. Overall, the massage was excellent, but the spa amenities didn’t quite match the expectations we had for a spa visit.
