The Only Facial St. Charles

Sasha is amazing! My girlfriend loves getting facials and has recently been looking for a new esthetician. She let Sasha work her magic and says she feels more beautiful than ever! I don't know if it's the quality of the products or just the way she made her feel, but she's doing something right! Says she feels amazing and had no idea she was new. Kudos to The Only Facial, you hired an outstanding employee. Keep her around, we'll definitely be back!

I received skin care treatment on Sunday (10/5/25) and I did not get proper aftercare instructions and was grossly unprepared to walk away with CHEMICAL BURNS on my face. I have tried for 3 days to get rid of it and it’s still there. It’s reducing my self esteem and confidence. These photos are day 1 of Vaseline treatment as it took me 2 days to realize that it wasn’t bruises, but actual burns. I’m not even sure that Vaseline is the best treatment because NO instructions were given. I had to go online and do research (which was mixed) and will need to contact my dermatologist. These photos make it look so much better than it actually is. It’s so much worse in person. It’s also dry, itchy, and burns. Very unhappy and fearful of permanent damage and hyperpigmentation.

Sasha did my facial and it was fantastic!! My skin looks and feels so fresh. She took her time and made sure my skin got the treatment it needed. Plus, she was so professional and kind. I would definitely go back to her.

I was able to have Tara as my esthetician and she did a wonderful job. I didn’t initially know I was booking with Tara, but when I saw her I knew her from a job we had in high school. It was great to connect with her again and have her make my skin look brand new! This was my first facial at the only facial, and I owed her a review from it. I love that the only facial includes so much. Having only one option makes the experience relaxing. The only facial includes a lot but a few of my favorite things are the amazing facial massage, light therapy, and being able to relax while my esthetician takes care of it all.

Ohhhhhh, one of the BEST facials I’ve had! Today was my first time at The Only facial in St. Charles and had my facial done by Taylor. Every procedure is what I needed. I left relaxed, feeling pampered, and glowing. I already have my next appointment scheduled with Taylor. This will be a monthly treat for myself. If you need a facial definitely schedule an appointment, your skin will thank you!
