I’ve been a loyal customer at this salon for about a year and have always been pleased with the quality of the nail services. However, after today’s experience, I will not be returning. After completing my service and payment today, I asked my manicurist for her Venmo to leave a tip. She refused and accused me in front of other customers of scanning her Venmo code in the past but never actually sending tips. This accusation is completely false and frankly humiliating. I immediately offered to show her my Venmo transaction history as proof, assuming she must have confused me with another customer. She refused to look at it and continued to insist I don’t tip. I have multiple Venmo receipts (attached) showing I’ve tipped her for services over recent months -- and many others for other employ

Lena does my nails and pedicures and she does such a great job! She is very skilled in all types of nails. The salon is so nice and so are all of the people that work there. Very clean and affordable. I will recommend to everyone.

I have been going to see Vivi for a few months now. She is the best nail tech I've ever been to! She consistently does a great job with my acrylics and impresses me with her nail art skills. I always get so many compliments and every set is better than the last.

I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. They completely messed up my eyebrows, leaving them uneven and cut in the middle , and my nails started coming off the very next day. I paid for services that should at least last a week, but the quality was terrible. I tried to give them a chance, but I will not be coming back.
