I want to start by saying that the massage itself was excellent. The therapist did a great job and I was completely satisfied with the massage. Unfortunately, the experience after the massage was very disappointing. When I went to check out, the front desk tried to charge me $125 as a non-member, even though I had an active membership. As it was later explained by the manager, there was confusion in their system due to multiple accounts connected to my name. However, the main issue was not the system itself, but the fact that the front desk associate did not seem to understand how the membership pricing works. Had an enjoyable massage but for the price, it would have been nicer to have a private room for the massage rather than the way it is set up with curtains. I could hear people walking through the hallway and closing doors. Overall still a nice and relaxing place.

Highly recommend Nancy! After a long 14 hour drive, sleeping a week in a horrible hotel bed, an 80 minute NOW Massage with Nancy is exactly what I needed! She listened and applied from out intake beautifully, avoiding the areas I told her, spending extra time elsewhere. She had 14 years of experience, and uses that experience with precision and care.

I unfortunately didn’t get the chance to receive my service because the therapist scheduled for the day did not show up. While that was definitely disappointing, I want to acknowledge how professional, kind, and accommodating the manager was when delivering the news. You could tell it wasn’t an easy situation for them, and I can only imagine how difficult it must be to have to give that kind of disappointing update to multiple guests. However, the way it was handled really stood out. The manager was extremely pleasant, apologetic, and helpful, and made sure to assist me with rebooking my appointment for a few weeks from now. If you’re looking for a great massage, go see Nancy! She’s incredibly thorough and explained everything clearly before we began. The space is super clean and smells amazing, which sets the mood right away. I tried the deep tissue with cupping and it was a total game changer. Nancy’s technique is spot on and she maintained the perfect amount of pressure the entire time. Easily a 10/10.
