I’ve done three massages here and the place is lovely! The decor is soft and relaxing! Shana gives absolutely the best massage! Pressure perfect, love she actually focuses on the areas we discuss, she does a great combination of relaxation and stretch, and has the most calming energy! I will be back for sure!

I cannot say enough good things about my massage with Shanna! Shanna is kind, professional and really good at what she does! My first words to her after my massage were “you have a gift!” Of course her response was kind and humble! I went in tired after a long week and walked out feeling relaxed! She listened to my concerns, asked what pressure I liked and went to work! She even checked on me to make sure the pressure was good and indeed it was! If you are new to The Now or looking for a great massage therapist please give Shanna a chance! She will impress you and you will leave relaxed!!

I booked a massage here for a specific therapist. The receptionist was super friendly and welcoming. I was disappointed to know there was no waiting lounge for guests. It was a let down to see the rooms. It’s a bunch of tents pretty much, just rooms created by thick hanging curtains. The massage room was cute but then upon lying face down the linens or materials smelled. They had a play doh like aroma. About 10-15 minutes into the massage I was able to relax and the massage itself was amazing. Afterwards you can tip using a system that allows the therapist to receive same day tips and they pass on that fee to the client. The aesthetics and branding are cute but the user experience is a real let down.

Shanna at the Preston Forest location is the best massage and sports therapist I’ve ever seen. I’ve been seeing her monthly for the past few months now, we work on similar parts of my body each time (Based on past sports injuries, I’ve endured) as well as overall health. However, each appointment feels like a completely new bespoke experience, where I walk away feeling better and better each time I return. I would highly recommend Shanna to any athletes or anyone looking to have some truly impactful bodywork

Customer service was amazing. Rose answered the phone day of my appointment and was really helpful with squeezing my husband in for a massage same day at the same time! Ruben was my masseuse, and hands down THE best massage I’ve ever had. When I return, it will ONLY be for Ruben’s hands. He was knowledgeable, professional, checked on me the entire time.
