The NOW Massage Franklin

Now Massage Review- felt hoodwinked Melissa was a great masseuse! I enjoyed my massage and contemplated a membership UNTIL I went to check out. The pricing I was MUCH higher than I was quoted when I came in person to book my appointment with a gift card. It turns out that the desk staff person mistakenly told me the “member pricing.” Being new to NOW I assumed I was offered member pricing because the person who gave me the gift card was a member. Since I had upgraded to a longer massage and added deep tissue, I was stunned when I was told how much I owed! I explained my confusion. I was told it by the woman at front desk “ this wasn’t their fault” and “they are not going to eat it.” She said she could get the manager but the manager would concur. First time coming. It was my birthday and my husband booked my appointment. I had a relaxing time and I highly recommend the heated stones!

The best pick-me-up! I see Tonya and couldn’t recommend her more. I prefer this location over the locations closer to me in Nashville. The team is great. I always leave feeling better than I did walking in.

Cool concept, but the execution falls short. My husband has booked a massage for me twice at NOW this year, and both times I left feeling like something was off. The therapists seemed overworked, and the lack of communication between the front desk and staff made for an awkward check-in both times, with tense exchanges happening right in front of guests. The ambiance also didn’t help… super loud wave sounds and rooms separated only by sheer curtains left me feeling both exposed and unsure of how loud to speak. Between the noise and the lack of privacy, I didn’t feel relaxed. I’ll be trying other spas in the area moving forward.

To start with I had a great experience. We were group of 4. Me and my boyfriend enjoyed the massage and we worked with Christina and Makenzie they were great. The ambience was super good! Although I would not suggest Gua Sha if you are not used to high pressure. My other two friends experience was quite the opposite. One of them had Candice as therapist. They left the place with very bad ache and it lasted for almost 2 days. They didn't work on the legs or the acalp renewal which was an add on. So it was like waste of all the money. So overall it was good for me but my friend swore to never return. It would totally depend on the therapist you would get. I highly recommend Makenzie and Christina.
