Jessica was incredible. She was so thorough and got knots out I did not know I had. The whole atmosphere of “The Now” was so soothing and relaxing. I’ve gotten massages at other places, but this one ranks superior. Will definitely be coming back!

BOOK WITH SYDNIE M!!!!! Sydnie is hands down the best massage therapist I have ever had, so much that I followed her all the way from Southern Pines when she first became a massage therapist. I always look forward to all of my monthly visits with Sydnie because she’s so meticulous in her craft! Sydnie always makes sure that I am well taken care of and focus’ on areas of need. Sydnie is able to evaluate strained muscles while also suggesting stretches to alleviate tension until our next visits!!Thank you for always taking care of me :) For the Now, I love the sound of the waves and the atmosphere of the massage rooms. It’s truly a relaxing experience every time and I always feel like I fall asleep and wake up in peace after an amazing massage!!!

Diamond and she DID NOT disappoint! She was absolutely AMAZING. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and completely at ease. Her energy was calming, professional, and so welcoming. She focused on trigger points I didn’t even know were there and applied the perfect amount of firm pressure — intentional, therapeutic, and effective without ever being overwhelming. You can tell she truly understands anatomy and how the body works. Every movement felt purposeful. She checked in just enough to make sure the pressure was right, but still allowed me to fully relax and sink into the experience. This was my first time seeing Deja, and my massage was fantastic. I did the stretch massage. I have a lot of shoulder and neck tension from a desk job, and Deja released all of the knots (which is unusual in my experience). She did a firm pressure that I absolutely loved, combined with longer strokes that seemed to melt all my tension away. I was so relaxed and better yet the next morning I am not sore at all - also unusual. I feel great and will be seeing Deja again!

I don’t typically leave reviews but I feel indebted to Sanaa. I’ve seen her for maybe almost a year and she’s always so consistent, the massage is relaxing, my knots are gone, and she sometimes massaged my face which was heavenly! I’m currently expecting my first child, and oh my god she gave the best prenatal massage too! Very calming, and motherly, and thoughtful. My persistent lower back pain is completely gone. But beyond that, her demeanor is just very comforting, peaceful, the energy every expecting mother needs. I know that leaving this review might mean it’ll get harder for me to find an appointment with her, but I truly don’t care, she is the best and deserves the best possible reviews. Thanks Sanaa!
