The NOW Massage Chandler

Absolutely terrible service, booked my wife an a massage to go and relax on her day off. She ran a little longer at her appointment and I called and asked if it was okay if she was late, if not we would have to cancel. Lady on the phone said it was perfectly fine no issue at all. My wife shows up, was told she can have a shortened massage for the same price originally 140 which was the same expected price to be paid for close to a half hour?? No thanks I’ll pay the cancellation fee. Not very good business practices if you ask me, I own my own company and also oversee multiple chains of another company. If I could leave 0 stars I would 👎👎

I received a relaxing and therapeutic massage from Tiffany! One of the best I have had. She is truly a master of her craft, so down to earth and made me feel so comfortable. The front desk staff is very friendly and attentive. I would recommend this place 10/10.

10/10 do recommend! I’m usually particular about where I go and who I go to. I’ve gone 3 times now all with different masseuse and I’m impressed every time! I save so much with the membership as well. Also got a gift card for my mother in law too!

Beautiful and peaceful ambiance. My experience was phenomenal. Sabrina gave me the best massage i have had in my entire life. Made sure I was comfortable and was so kind. It was so relaxing and healing that I almost fell asleep. I will be back.

This isn’t the your typical massage place. The vibe in here is something else! The sounds, smells and aesthetic are perfect. I much rather have the sound of the ocean waves over your standard spa music. The staff is wonderful!
