The NOW Massage Bethesda

Today was my first experience at this amazing massage venue! I am a regular runner and had some major knots in my feet and legs. Their signature massage did the trick and I will be back again!

I got a prenatal massage here with Kimberly at 1:30 pm as a last resort to try and naturally induce labor since I was 41 weeks. It was so relaxing and much needed. Kimberly knew exactly what she was doing because I went into spontaneous labor at 3:30 am the very next day! I had such an easy medicated 5 hour labor with no complications. I credit Now Bethesda and Kimberly! If you are full term and over being pregnant, get a prenatal message here with Kimberly. It will do the trick!

I'm a member at Now Massage Bethesda. Joining and going for a massage monthly has been one of the best things I've ever done for myself. Sada has been my "go-to" for over a year. She truly has strong, healing hands that provide the perfect amount of pressure. Only good vibes exist in this relaxing setting that focuses on the massage, allows you to get in and out, without all the unnecessary frills. This was my first time at NOW Bethesda, and I will definitely be back. In fact, for the first time ever, I joined a monthly program. I was warmly welcomed the moment I walked in, and appreciated the offered lemon-cucumber water. The aesthetic was calming, and I appreciated the uniform ocean white noise throughout, as opposed to spa music which I usually find weird. None of that would have mattered if the massage itself weren’t great, though. It was. Roland was incredible. This was the best massage I’ve ever had. He knew exactly how to work tension out of every muscle without pain.

I had been looking forward to visiting this place for months, planning it as a treat after finals. With all the positive reviews, my expectations were high, and I was genuinely excited for my appointment. However, my experience did not meet those expectations.. My masseur was Kimberly. Before the session began, I clearly explained to her that most of my soreness was in my lower back and right glute area, as well as my neck and shoulders. While I truly appreciated that she was able to loosen some of the knots in my neck and shoulders, I was disappointed that the main focus was not on my lower back, which was the primary reason I booked the massage. Instead, half of the session was spent on my calves, which I did not request. At the end of the massage, I thanked her for releasing the knots
