Mary is great needed a trim n my hair thind shes did an amazing job also need eye brows waxed it was fast n they look great. Had to work after asked her to throw it in a bun she made it look beautiful.

Called and got an appointment for later that morning (not basing my rating on that, because even if I hadn’t been able to do so that is totally reasonable). She gave me a great, quick haircut and shampoo, as I had worked a twelve hour shift prior in a hat and my hair was a bit oily. No complaints from the stylist, though! She was friendly and did a terrific job. All of the staff are super polite and personable - great experience.

I would not recommend getting a wax here, especially not one that exposes you. I feel bad because the woman waxing me was kind, however the hygiene of the room and table was awful and if I hadn’t been on a time crunch I would have walked out. I have been waxed at several places, all put down paper on the tables. This place put towels on the table that were heavily stained and i honestly am not sure they had been washed. The head rest of the table was covered in other people’s hair. The room itself was dusty and the person waxing me kept going into bins for more supplies but didn’t change gloves. The prices posted online are also incorrect. A Brazilian was advertised as $57 but I was charged $75.

I called and left a message about talking to somebody about a new hairdo. It's been about a week and no one has called me back. I'm updating my review from one star to four stars because someone actually called me back and they were able to get me in right away. That was happy to get my first perm in a very long time. The staff were friendly.
