The Nailary

I was referred to the nail tech, Tia and decided to give her a try. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great. I paid $75 for a pedicure that didn’t come out well, and later found out it may not have even been done by the person I booked with. When I reached out to express my concerns, I didn’t receive an acknowledgment or apology for the poor results, just a response to rebook. I value professionalism and accountability, and I didn’t feel that was demonstrated in how my situation was handled. I hope in the future she ensures clients know exactly who will be providing their service and takes ownership when something goes wrong.

Love this place so much! I came here for the first time a few days ago after wanting my nails redone last minute and loved it. I’ve gone to a lot of nail salons trying to find the right one that I’d like but it’s been a long process. I felt very comfortable, I was taken right when I got there, my nails came out so pretty and nicely done. The atmosphere is amazing and the workers are so nice! Defiantly the place to go to relax and feel comfortable while getting your nails done. I’ll defiantly be coming back! ❤️

I was a walk-in for a manicure pedicure and face wax. Everyone did a wonderful job. service was prompt and polite. Facility are clean and great massage chairs. I can’t say enough about the massage chairs whoever chose those did a great job. I nail tech Del and Mel did great job. Lily was so gentle on the waxing and thorough with the tweezers

Best nail salon I've ever been to, Tia does them exactly how I like, I'm usually very picky when it comes to how salons do my nails and for the first time found one i absolutely love !!!

I did not have a good experience at all. I went during one of their specials a week ago to be exact. I showed a picture of what I wanted approximately and got nothing like it. I did not argue about a refund or anything of that sort in that moment because I am 8 months pregnant and was ready to get out of there because of the fumes and just being uncomfortable in a chair. As a paying customer I expect someone's undivided attention (which I did not receive), especially when dealing with the OWNER. I asked for the top pic and got the complete opposite. Shape isn't the same, colors aren't the same, the glitter was smudged and I got cut about 3 different times. Just a terrible experience.
