Not the greatest experience. Not sure if it was the lack of communication, or just a quick service but this is probably one of the reasons why I wont be coming back. I took my in-law too just for her to get uneven nails & for the price I paid for… heck no. I’m sorry. Other than that, the pedi was okay.

I went in for a refill and during the process, the nail tech accidentally nicked my cuticle with the drill, bad enough to make it bleed. She asked me to wash my hands, but it hurt to scrub with the brush, so I did the best I could to clean it. Despite the bleeding, she continued the service, and now it looks like she applied the acrylic over dried blood. It honestly looks like there’s fungus under the nail, and I’m really uncomfortable with how it turned out. I paid $62 total (refill, French tip, credit card fee, plus tip), and I left feeling really unhappy. I called to speak with the owner or manager and was told they were both on vacation. Turns out, I was speaking directly to the nail tech who did my nails. She offered to fix it in a couple of days, but my question is, if you knew the

I called twice and asked if they were still taking in clients and they said yes I get there and 2 workers start saying who’s turn it is and who should do my nails after they sat us down. Super unprofessional. The work was sloppy and the price was totally NOT WORTH $80 at all. I thought it was going to be $55 at most since it was such basic work, they were so short and the “French tips” are all messy and different lengths. You can see for yourselves. I feel robbed! Do not take clients when you don’t want to work anymore; this was the first and last time I’ll be going. 0/10 do not recommend.

Very happy with the price & service. Elizabeth & Marse did a wonderful job on mine & my best friend’s nails. Helped us celebrate a special day with this set being my friends gender reveal set (done by Marse) The price was also very fair for acrylic!

Hello, I want to share my unpleasant experience today. Supposedly, you go in for cosmetic work and ask for what suits your tastes and budget. Because like any coherent person, we know that any aesthetic detail is a matter of taste, not a necessity. I had to witness such an unpleasant client, rude to all those girls who deserve respect, since what they do is an art, which not everyone can achieve. And on top of that, the ridiculous woman complains about such a beautiful job the girls did. And JUST BECAUSE SHE DOESN'T WANT TO PAY FOR SOMETHING YOU'RE ASKING FOR. SIMPLY, IF YOU DON'T HAVE MONEY, DON'T ASK FOR WHAT YOU CAN'T PAY FOR. And on top of that, she insults the girls. Ivette Diaz in the reviews is the poor woman who couldn't pay 10 dollars more.
