The photos are like 4 days after the service BUT.. I wanted to say this was my first time here, the nail tech I got his name is Jon or John. He was super super nice and I showed him a photo and he executed it better! He trimmed my cuticles where u know when u go to places for a full set they don’t even touch your cuticle at all. His work is clean! I recommend him 100%. As far as the salon itself it’s very clean, very organized and a nice place the owner she’s nice too kept checking on me and I think she’s so pretty lol. Anyways I wanted to write the review because I’m picky with my nails once I go somewhere and I don’t like there work I never go back. I tried this place for the first time on the spur of the moment while in the area and got french tip on my toes. The atmosphere was clean and the place looked nice, but the lady rushed on my toes and it looked nothing like the picture I showed her, all I asked for was literally just a cute, clean, basic french tip and she managed to make it look like I just dipped my toes in paint and let it dry, and she got a coat of polish on my skin and didn’t even get it off. The service literally took around 10-15 minutes and we were out as fast as we were in. They did not make the effort to connect with their customers and the vibe was just very rushed and off. They acted like they didn’t want to be there and had some place else to be. I’ll never come here again, I’ll stick to my usual nail shop.

Mary, Emily, and Chi, always do an amazing job! People's expectations are wild these days, but so are the services by the salon! They always do such an amazing job, I've treated my sister, sister in law, my 2 daughters, my cousin, and so many more, and all have been absolutely blessed with their services.

I had a wonderful experience at The Nail Spot & Spa! Ms. Mary was absolutely amazing, so sweet and patient. She took her time to make sure my nails were perfect, and the hibiscus design she drew was stunning! I truly appreciate the attention to detail and the care she put into her work. Definitely coming back for my next time!

Today, I visited The Nail Spot and left feeling very disappointed. Despite being a loyal customer for years and having always enjoyed pleasant experiences, today was different. The manicurist did my nails sloppily, despite my attempts to express my dissatisfaction. Even when another staff member intervened, the quality didn't improve. The owner, while aware of my displeasure, continued attending to other customers. Feeling frustrated and unwilling to cause a scene, I decided to leave without getting my toes done. Only then did the owner acknowledge the issue and agree that my nails needed fixing, although she wasn't available to do so immediately. While I wish the business success, I won't be returning as a customer due to feeling undervalued.
