Worst experience!!!! I called so see if they would be available and they were I guess they did not hear me but something told me not to go they kept blowing my phone up to see if I would go …I went … I got there and told them I don’t want a pedicure just want a refill on my big toe !!!! Wile I’m getting my REFILL done getting the old nail design drill down I told the lady 2x no pedicure some young lady proceeded to get the pedicure water ready etc I had to repeat myself 4x NO PEDICURE the young lady proceeds to make an ungrateful face as if she is upset The comunication horrible the service horrible place looks beautiful staff I don’t think so … the nails I ask for could not even close look similar …. I ask 2x cut my cuticles and what the lady did instead was ignore me and do a horrible jo

the first pictures i showed them…. the second picture is what i got. i paid 70$ too. not worth it !!!!! go anywhere else. nails were crooked and i asked for VERY square and they were shaped horribly

Horrible service, Originally called inquiring about liquid gel service that was on their website, no one knew what it was except one technician and said he will do it for me. When he put the gel on my nails it burned so much that when i would take nails off the lamp he told me to put them back in even if they burn. After he put the gel they looked crazy but i went and trusted the process as he said he will file and fix. When i saw he was finished to let him know they still needed works and the gel was already lifting! That my nails will not last like that he kept telling me that with the nail polish it won’t show. After some back and forth he decided to put more liquid gel to cover the opening but it still showed. I ended just telling him to leave the top coat on because it was going to be

The second, and probably last time I’ll go here. My technician cut me on three different fingers from filing my skin. When adding acetone nail polish remover on top of fresh cuts, it did hurt when a manicure is supposed to be a relaxing experience. I was also just not impressed with the job itself. So for those reasons, I will be going somewhere else

Racist employees and rude to black people. My friend had to leave in the middle of a pedicure because the lady was tapping his foot and being rude. And she was acting like she was uncomfortable to touch black skin. If you are black, go at your own risk.
