I mean this place is fine for what it is. I've been going here and am good with the job they do on my nails. Chris is the best. That said, there's some new people there I noticed. There's one woman with long dark hair and she actually said she was new, and then I see her turning people away (quite rudely) at the door because they were busy. Hot tip: just tell them to come back and say it in a nicer tone than just "we can't help you, we're too busy!" like where are the manners lol. Also, this was the first time I had done any waxing there and oh my god, PLEASE clean that room it is horrifying back there. That dirty, yellow leather chair thing is so bad, and on top of that there's kids stuff lying everywhere. It looks so unsanitary, I honestly was about to walk out but I didn't want to be ru

I really wish I could give no stars but options arent available. My daughter and I went to get our brows done and the lady was nice but didnt understand nor know what she was doing. I wanted mine medium, turned out ultra thin and very uneven. My daughter's I just wanted her to clean them up ans they are almost just as thin as mine are! Im so so very upset and wish i didn't even tip.

I went with my sister in law to treat ourselves. We went in for a gel mani normal pedi. We'll everyone seemed in a bad mood they went to far as to have my sister in law walk across the salon mid pedi to select her color of nail polish. Pedis took probably a total of 10 minutes. Feet didn't look or feel like I paid to get them done. Waited 40 minute to get the worst mani. Nail has no shape and the polish is lumpy and uneven. I'm on day 2 of this service and my gel nail polish is already lifting.

Loved the pedicure but beware the hidden price list. I was shown a page of prices $50 and $70. I asked if $50 was the cheapest for pedicure and answer was yes. Later found out had I asked to see the 2nd page there were cheaper prices $38. Kinda sneaky to me. Service was good though.

I tried this salon for the first time. I felt the staff was friendly and accommodating. However a week after my pedicure my toe started to hurt and became inflamed and red. Shortly after I had a red line going up my foot. After talking with my doctor they concluded that I got an inflection from the pedicure and I had to start antibiotics.
