My daughter and I had such a great experience at The Nail Shop today. We each got pedicures and are very happy with the results! Highly recommend a visit to The Nail Shop, very, very clean!!

Amazing work and personality always feel welcome!

The owner, Tabbiie sãnchez, has terrible customer service. She claims to "guarantee" her work for 2 weeks. Yet, at 6 days my gel polish lost its shine. She tried blaming it on me saying I didn't put my hand under the lamp the right way. She watched me put both hands under the lamp multiple times, and never said "I was doing it wrong". After a lot of blaming and back and forth, she finally agreed to reapply a top coat. I went in the following day, and she applied a top coat without wiping my nails of any oils or lotions, then held my hands in place under the lamp. Less than 24 hours later, the top coat is peeling off, and yet again she is blaming me for not knowing how to put my hand under the lamp! She actually held my hands in place!
