Great experience with Sung today! I was changed exactly what the pricing online showed for regular manicure and spa pedicure. Sung was very thorough, professional, didn’t rush either service! The space was clean and welcoming. Very happy with the end result!

The Nail Shop is beautiful and very clean. I love that they ask you to wash your hands first! My first time there I got a full set of long gel nails with nail art, which they were able to accommodate. They were also kind enough to fit my 7 yr old in for painted nails though we had no appt for her. Though I must admit it’s not the friendliest environment. My first trip there I got cash to tip my lovely nail tech and then ran out absent mindedly after my daughter forgetting to tip my nail tech! Whoops! The owner came out after me to remind me, for which I was both grateful, a bit embarrassed and feeling like my tip wasn’t to their expectations. My second visit there was even less friendly and I got chastised for not having a cash tip, and the nails did not come out as well, so I’m left feeli

I was struggling with their online booking system to book two appointments at one time (one for me once for a my niece). I thought I had straightened it out but apparently made the same mistake a second time and booked the incorrect date again. They called me to tell me I missed my appointment. I said that I was confused because I had made two appointments for another day. She insisted on charging me, despite being a genuine mistake, which honestly could have been the system for all I know considering it took me 4 attempts. I guess the six dollars she got from my “missed” appointment was more valuable than the two manicures she could’ve had two days later 🤷🏻‍♀️. Made an appointment over the phone and when I got there they said they didn’t see my name in the appointments. They wouldn’t take me and I had to leave. So weird. Never been to a nail salon like this. They were so rude. I will be going somewhere else.
