Peter is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! It took me a good 12 places & techs to find him after moving here from Charleston & I will never see anyone else! He’s always down to try any design I throw at him & always knocks it out of the park!

I am always very happy with the way my nails come out at The Nail Room in Lexington SC 29072. I have used various different people and they have all done a great job. I highly recommend them if you want your nails done.

My nail tech technician Jackie was great. She was very meticulous in applying the polish and filing and shaping my nails. That being said, I was charged an additional $15 that I wasn’t aware of just because they were supposed to wave a magnet over my nail polish to make it look like a cat eye. I had asked if the cat eye polish was more than the original and was told no. And to me it seems ludicrous to wave a magnet over something and have a charge of 15 additional dollars. It also states in their gel manicure pricing that I would get a scrub and that didn’t happen either

Poor customer service! The man doing my pedicure was a nice man up until I asked him to re scrub a part on my heel that I felt was a lil bit rough. He looked at me and told me he would don’t that and he walked away and packed up his stuff. I don’t appreciate the unprofessional manner he walked away.
