I went in for a simple soak off...Whn I arrived I wasn't greeted...Finally a man sitting at the first table approached me..Said he would be with me in 5 mins..And he was..So he starts the process of "soaking my nails" just without acetone.. He used some type of liquid that breaks up acrylic...He didn't allow the product to do its magic..So he over filed my nails..Causing me to get rings of fire..I haven't had rings of fire in over 10 years..So he damaged my nail bed in a matter of 30 mins..Whn my nail tech did my nails she was appalled..My appointment with her didn't allow enough time for a soak off..I would never ever recommend this "salon" to a soul..Not to mention he charged me 25 bucks for a soak off and didn't remove all the product...Other salons around the area charge 15-20 bucks..A

I went as a walk-in to get a full acrylic set for a big dinner. The man who did my nails was excellent. The polish never chipped, the nails stayed in tact and it lasted me 3.5 weeks. If my nails hadn’t grown out, I could have gone a full month. Very impressed with the quality and longevity.

It was a nice and quick walk in- I got a gel mani and they were super nice. He talked me into getting sparkles with my black 🤣 I love them tho.

Chelsea does a wonderful job on my brows everytime. She is gentle, consistent, and precise. If you are looking for good water this is your place!

My aunt has been going to Chelsea for over 20 years! During my visit to Virginia Beach from Miami, my aunt suggested I get my nails done with Chelsea. What a wonderful experience! Chelsea did amazing nails and provided such good customer service! I'll be back during my next visit for sure!
