OMG!!! Kim always makes me feel so beautiful. She truly takes her time and listens to what her customers want and need. Ladies and gentlemen, her new place in Nashua NH is absolutely beautiful — clean, organized, and pure perfection. I always feel welcome and at ease because I know she’s going to do her very best every single time. My birthday nails are gorgeous, and my toe beans are looking AMAZING! 💅✨

Hannah was my tech and she rushed through the whole set. I got acrylic and I was so excited after hearing such good things about this salon. I was out in 50 minutes and I was super disappointed. My nails were cockeyed, flat, and she over filed my side walls instead of using enough product to make the nail complete. I paid $80 for a full set of acrylic and she didn't even clip my cuticles or give me any kind of manicure. I paid a $50 tip on top of that trying to be nice. Megan at the front desk was really nice and helpful but I will not be back.

I came to The Nail Loft for the first time after having tried lots of other nail salons in the Nashua area. I moved to Nashua 3 years ago and just haven’t found my “place” but I believe that has changed! I don’t usually go too crazy with my nails but I do go pretty often for a gel mani. For some reason it has been so hard to find a place that can do just a decent basic manicure or even find a place with a good color selection. I had Mindy do my nails here at TNL and she was just SO sweet and very welcoming. I also walked in and immediately spotted the Walnut Brown color I’ve been wanting for this season which has been difficult to find anywhere else, this was a huge plus. Mindy did an amazing job with my nails, the tips weren’t “top heavy” with gel like other places have a habit of doing,

Kim understands the assignment every time. She delivers the perfect UV gel nails, always nailing my almond shape with whatever neutral tone I am feeling that week. Very accommodating with my last minute appointment requests. Not only is Kim a great nail tech & business owner, she is super sweet and great to chat with. Go see Kim!

Kim is my nail tech! Since I found her, I don’t have anyone else do my nails. She listens and is meticulous. I also feel that she concerns herself with nail health. She helps to ensure that my nail remains healthy underneath.
