Went to the location on a Tuesday afternoon for GelX since I needed my nails done last minute for a trip. Kim was the employee who did my nails. She was extremely impatient and did a terrible job with the gel polish application - so much so that I had to have her properly fill the polish on 4 of my fingers when she finally let me look at them post-UV curing. One day later, my pinky finger GelX extension fell off completely as I was walking and two other extensions on both hands are lifting. Extremely disappointed in the quality of this business and how poorly their workers do their job. Way too overpriced for the poor quality they provide. Avoid this location at all costs!

The price was higher than advertised, and unfortunately, the service didn't quite live up to the cost. However, I want to highlight that the salon is incredibly clean and relaxing, and the staff were all very kind and polite.

Here’s the honest review after 3 times getting my nails done. The space is nice and big and it’s well ventilated, the reason why I went back. Last time was the worst experience and I’ll never go back. I asked for filing my nails and after I said it was not short enough the very rude and abrupt older Asian woman, Judy, started cutting my nails so short there was no white part left. She also totally ignored the shape (I asked for almond) as you can see on the picture. She then tried to convince me that’s what I asked for and when another client walked in she left without finishing and the lady doing my pedicure refused to finish her job. The manager had to convince one of them to apply the polish on my hands! Absurd! I guess it depends on who you get, I had an ok experience last time but the

A new nail salon that is very clean and professional. The nail techs are polite and knowledgeable and the products they use are top notch. They have many manicure and pedicure stations so there is never a wait longer than 5 minutes. There is very relaxing music playing in the background that almost put me to sleep during my pedicure, it was wonderful. Such a relaxing experience! Huge nail polish selection, they even have a small corner of little jewelry pieces for sale. Great service, highly recommend for a fresh and relaxing experience.
