Great experience! Had the detox pedicure which is their top tier spa pedicure. Very different and very nice! Lots of extra touches vs my usual place. Also a great price! Only $65 for top pedi where normally I pay $90+. Highly recommended! And YES BERKSHIRE MALL IS OPEN

My first impression was cluttered and then noticing how dirty. The tools used did not come from sterile packaging. I was nipped and bleeding on two different fingers. The gel dryer had a buildup of something, maybe filings of others. The tech used the nippers on herself without cleaning after coming in contact with my blood. She sprayed the tool after she used on herself and then placed back on the tray. The other staff were relaxing on the chairs without shoes. The cleanliness of there feet was disgusting considering the line of work they are in. There’s no return for me.

My daughter got her nails done here yesterday. She showed them a picture with a simple design. Someone new was doing her nails, so they kept restarting and doing them over. They came out nothing like the picture at all. They didn't even try. They couldn't even paint a simple flower, then charged 85 dollars for a 2 hours mess. Never again.

They are judgemental you can just feel it but whatever they do an amazing job and theyre the only nail salon i trust with my nails and they do great pedicures

I went to this salon for years; but I stopped because I could tell that lady was talking about me in her language when I didn’t Tip the usual $5 so no longer going back I paid for my service and my tip is my business and no need to talk about me when I just got a simple French nails and she couldn’t even file correctly. So disappointed
