The nail cabin

I visited Nail Cabin today and arrived at 3:34 PM. I had let them know in advance that I was coming. When I arrived, I was asked to sit down so they could begin soaking off four of my nails while another technician finished with a customer. I agreed and waited patiently.However, after waiting 20 minutes, the other customer was still being serviced, so I continued to wait. By 4:20 PM, a walk-in customer arrived, and to my surprise, she was taken in and started on immediately despite arriving after me. At this point, I had already been waiting for nearly an hour without receiving any actual service. Unfortunately, I had to leave at 4:37 PM to pick up my kids, so I left without getting my nails done. I found the lack of communication and prioritization to be very unprofessional, especially s

I just visited The Nail Cabin for the first time and I’m so happy I did! From the moment I walked in, they were so warm and welcoming. 💕 They did a fantastic job on both my pedicure and gel manicure. The place was clean and the music doesn’t put you to sleep like other nail salons. I love that it’s run by local Latina mami 💅🏽✨ it makes supporting them even more special. Definitely my new go-to spot! Highly recommend!
