Very disappointed with the services received from Caitlin. • 2hrs 45 min for a full set so I couldn’t get my pedicure • Matte black is peeling 5 hours after • nails are uneven and bulky • can see through the polish because only two coats used so the tech painted the bottom of my nails black on ONE hand. Never had that done on either hand before • different lengths • can see paint strokes I politely let the owner know - she offered to fix on a Friday mind you I got this service for my birthday on Thursday. She then stated she can only guarantee her work not her employees. This inconveniences me and ruins my birthday nails. No refund offered. Just a huge disappointment. I was up at the tanning salon I go to and started talking to another customer that comes in frequently. I saw her nails. I loved them so much so I asked her where she went and who did hers. She told me and so I looked up the salon. I have been so hesitant on getting my nails done lately because I’ve had no luck in the last few months with places I’ve tried. I told myself to make an appt and see how I felt after that. So of course, I scheduled an appt! The time came to go to my appt. I was super nervous because I was already running behind getting there with traffic. I didn’t want to be that customer to show up late or hold up the nail tech. Got an absolutely gorgeous full set with a perfect ombre done by Aleshka. I'm obsessed! She set me up good for my vacation. I also had a wonderful pedicure. The salon was clean and everyone there seemed nice. I will definitely be back in the future.
