I’ve come here several times over the past few months and usually enjoyed the services. My most recent builder gel fill was defective — the chrome and gems started coming off within two days. I had them done before vacation, then flew across the country so coming back for a fix wasn’t possible. The salon refused a refund, and I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. Just a heads up that service quality may be inconsistent & it’s disappointing because I was excited to finally have a salon that I liked in the area. Also- they offer discounts for 5-star reviews, which may affect ratings. Edit: To clarify after the business’s response: I told them I would be traveling & flew to the opposite coast. When the gems and chrome started coming off, returning in person was not a realisti

Absolutely in love with my nails! The shaping, detail, and overall finish are flawless. They took their time and made sure everything turned out perfect. I’m so happy with how they turned out. Definitely recommend!
